Payment
Payment can be made safely and securely through PayPal using either a credit card or checking account. A PayPal account is not required. You may also pay by sending a check or money order if you prefer. Please call or email if you have any questions or need help with ordering. Payments may be sent to the following address:

Shipping
I usually ship via USPS Priority Mail, insured, with tracking and delivery confirmation. Larger packages and west coast deliveries may ship parcel post. Please contact me for any special shipping requests.

Refunds
As a bear lover, I know the need to touch, feel, and "talk" to any new bear. Therefore, satisfaction is totally guaranteed on every purchase. If you don't feel the bond between you and your new bear, or are not totally satisfied with any purchase from us, returns are gladly accepted for a full refund, no questions asked. We only ask that you contact us within 5 days of receiving your item and return it in the same condition as it was sent.

Layaway
Layaway is available at no additional charge. A minimum of 10% down is required with regular monthly payments of your choosing, with a maximum of one year to complete the transaction. Payments are non refundable should you not complete the transaction. Merchandise will be shipped after full payment has been received.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any denomination of your choosing. Gift certificates will be mailed to recipient after payment is received. Certificates will never expire. Please contact us if you are interested in a gift certificate. 

Privacy
Antique Teddy Bear Crossing is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable.
