Some collectors like their bears undressed, in their natural splendor, others feel the need to dress. The clothes and accessories here are of antique or vintage age. The old bears are for display only and are not included in the item price.
ANTIQUE BLACK BEADED PURSE What girl wouldn't love this fancy black beaded purse. It measures approximately 5" x 7" including the fringe. It has a brass clasp and frame and metal chain, both in excellent condition. The purse itself has no holes or tears. There are a few areas of missing beads, but overall pretty good condition.

ANTIQUE CHILDS LEATHER BOOTS Mr. Wohlgemuth is modeling his fantastic Civil War era antique childrens boots. Of course, to him they are bear boots, and even though he needs to grow into them a little, he feels quite special wearing them, especially when he's with horsey. They are all leather, through and through, including the soles. They're in great condition, of course, wear to the leather, but holding up very well. The soles are 7" long and they are 8" tall.

ANTIQUE INDIAN LEATHER MOCCASINS These moccasins are so sweet, Peepers here, loves them. Sure, they look a little big, but hey, some bears have big feet! They are made of such soft, soft leather with stitching embroidery decoration. They are 4" long and are silk lined. All original, with original ties. I'd guess their age from the turn of the century. I was told they were Indian made, but other than that, I don't know.

ANTIQUE SCHUCO PINK MONKEY COMPACT This little monkey is actually a little powder compact and mirror. Take off the monkey's head and the monkey's body opens up to reveal a powder compact and mirror. Schuco, a German company, made these little treasures in the 1920's or 30's. The monkey is covered in mohair with a metal face. I think the metal face had some kind of covering or paint, partial missing now. His arms and legs are jointed and his little hands and feet have felt over metal, also felt ears. They came in different colors, this one is pink, although it is quite faded now. There is loss of mohair and one foot is missing its felt, and one arm is rather loose. He's just 3 1/2" tall, small enough to fit in a bears purse for that emergency nose powdering.

ANTIQUE SLEIGH BELL BEAR COLLAR ON LAYAWAY Bernard here is wearing his bell collar. It originally was a string of sleigh bells, now there are 5 bells left on the leather collar, perfect to fit around Bernard's neck. I added a leather string through 2 small holes in the ends of the collar so to attach it around any bears neck. The leather has a split in it at the end bell, where a piece of leather has mended it on the back side. Bernard likes to jingle as he walks around.

VINTAGE CHILD'S COTTON SAILOR SUIT Gwenevere is modeling this vintage sailor suit. It's a two piece suit with the top buttoning to the bottom shorts, so it can either be worn as is or just the top or bottom. The material is an off white cotton with blue piping and sailor decoration. The top unbuttons, has only one button, one is missing. The bottom shorts button to the top with six buttons. The waist on the shorts is 13", and 9 1/2" waistband to crotch. The shirt is 10" outside shoulder to shoulder with big arm holes to easily slip teddys arms through. Gwenevere is a large 32" bear, fits her perfect.

VINTAGE CHILDS COTTON BUNNY SHIRT 'Toots' is modeling this cute little bunny shirt. It is made of a soft cotton and has little bunnies on it. There are buttons down the front and also as decoration on the back. It measures 10" shoulder to shoulder and 10" long. Toots is a 20" bear, fits her pretty good, could also fit a slightly larger bear. There is some minor soiling and fading to the fabric, but no holes or tears.

VINTAGE HAND SEWN PATCHWORK DOLL QUILT This cute little doll quilt is the perfect size for a small bed or cradle. It's all hand sewn with patchwork squares of blues and beige. It has quilt batting between front and back and has been hand tied. It measures 14 1/2" x 10 1/2". It's in great condition, just one tiny hole on the back side. Fits perfect in the blue cradle, sold separately.

VINTAGE OSTRICH FEATHER SCARF What a great bear accessory. This scarf is made of ostrich feathers and is so soft and fluffy. It's very light and can wrap around Teddy so easily. It's 6 feet long for doing all kinds of fun things with. Of vintage age and in excellent condition.

VINTAGE TEDDY BEAR PORCELAIN CHILD'S DISH SET This adorable child's dish set was made by Crown Winsor of England. It consists of 4 pieces...plate, bowl, cup and rare egg cup. Of course, what's endearing to me is the bear transfers. The bears are busy at play and I love the bears running all around the rims. Transfers are in excellent condition. Porcelain is in great condition, no chips or cracks, general crazing throughout all pieces. They have the Crown Winsor mark on the bottom. Plate measures 6 5/8", bowl is 6 1/4".
